Privacy Notice

Who we are

Tripoint is a boutique consultancy for the digital asset economy. We operate under Brazilian data protection law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018). The data controller for tripoint.io is Tripoint, contactable at contact@tripoint.io.

What we collect, and why

We aim to collect as little as possible. The site uses three services:

Plausible Analytics. A cookieless analytics tool. Plausible records aggregate visit data (page views, referrers, country at country level only). It does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not store personally identifiable information. See plausible.io/data-policy.

Calendly. When you click “Book a call”, you leave tripoint.io for calendly.com. Any data you submit on Calendly (name, email, scheduling details) is covered by Calendly's own privacy policy, not ours.

Email. If you email contact@tripoint.io, we receive your email address and message contents. We use this only to respond.

Legal basis under LGPD

We rely on two legal bases under Article 7 of the LGPD. For Plausible analytics, our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 7, IX). For direct email contact, your consent (Article 7, I) — by emailing us, you consent to us replying using your email address.

Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about with whom your data has been shared, and you may revoke your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@tripoint.io. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LGPD.

Data retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Plausible analytics are aggregate and contain no personal data; they are retained according to Plausible's standard retention policy.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Notice. The current version is dated above. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
